HOTRock8 hour Course

The course has been designed to suit all levels of ability from strong solo riders to recreational “weekend warriors”. Each team member is only required to complete at least one lap with the aim being for the team to complete as many laps as they can in the 8 hours.

A lap may take anywhere from less than 30 minutes or up to one hour depending on your ability.  It will still be hot out there in May so bring plenty of water and something to sit under!

Practice

You can pre-ride the course on Saturday 30/5/09 from 2.00 – 4.00pm.

You must be registered and have your rider number on your bike before undertaking the ride. No rider number means NO ride.  There will be no checkpoint assistance or first aid on site for rider practice. – you pre-ride the course at your own risk.

The Course is not open for riding other than at designated practice or on race day.

There will be Rockwheelers club rides leading up to the event go to the web site for more info.

Riding at the venue at other times may cost you a fine.
